Then there'll be an excursion to Hadrian's Wall to hear about a project which has brought some of the best writers in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa to the north of England. One of the best young poets to emerge in the last couple of years, Tiffany Atkinson, will be reading from her debut collection, Kink and Particle and Jane Purcell who made her name as a sketch writer for Smack the Pony has written and performs in a drama about the self deceptions that lie in wait for those seeking a short cut to enlightenment.
