Michael Berkeley's guest is actor Edward Fox, who has appeared in many films, including The Day of the Jackal, The Go-Between and Gandhi, and who won an award for his portrayal of King Edward VIII in the TV drama Edward and Mrs Simpson. More recently, he has appeared in various West End productions and is currently starring in John Mortimer's Legal Fictions at the Savoy Theatre. His musical choices include performances by pianists such as Josef Hofmann, Artur Schnabel and Edwin Fischer as well as Barenboim playing Bach and Elisabeth Schwarzkopf singing Hugo Wolf.
