Kani is in London to perform in his new play Nothing but the Truth, a play which deals with the conflicts in South Africa today.
Nothing but the Truth is now showing at The Hampstead Theatre in London and will then tour the country.
The Fire
Night Waves also takes a look at a controversial new book, The Fire, an account of the Allied bombing of Germany in the Second World War which focuses on the suffering of civilians, as well as the military strategy.
