Mike Harding is the curator of the Spire project. He is also the founder of the Touch label. The idea for Spire came about on a Touch tour when the musicians were talking about what was their favourite instrument. The original Spire performance took place in Geneva Cathedral Saint Pierre, and is available on a Touch album called Spire (Touch Tone 21)

JS Bach: Toccata and Fugue for Organ (BWV.565) in D minor arr. Leif Inge (4.10)
This sound-installation took place in the Court Room of Leeds Town Hall. It's a 200 minute time-stretched version of JS Bach's famous Toccata and Fugue in D minor. Leif Inge is a Norwegian sound artist who has previously treated Beethoven's 9th Symphony to this time-stretching method, which he calls 'granulation'.
