London Jazz Festival

Jez Nelson presents the final programme from the 2007 London Jazz Festival, featuring highlights from the Adventures in Sound event at the Southbank Centre.
The line-up includes New Yorkers Gutbucket, whose raucous take on jazz improvisation contrasts starkly with the more detached approach of trumpeter Tom Arthurs, who also performs with his trio. Also on the bill are bassist Dave Kane and beatboxer Napoleon Maddox. The event features individual performances from each group and culminates in them joining forces for a collective improvisation.
