Hear And NowLondon Sinfonietta - Ether Festival

The London Sinfonietta's 2003 collaboration with Warp Records was such a success that they have once again joined forces with leading figures of contemporary electronic music to create this concert, recorded in March 2004 at the QEH.
As well as special arrangements of pieces by Aphex Twin and Squarepusher, and an appearance by Jamie Liddell, the Sinfonietta, conducted by Jurjen Hempel, performed works by Edgard Varese, George Antheil, John Cage and Steve Reich.
