Sarah Walker presents a concert from the Vale of Glamorgan Festival, featuring the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, conducted by Grant Llewellyn.
Andrew Zolinsky is the soloist in the first performance of a Radio 3 commission, David Lang's fur for piano and orchestra, and David Cowley is the soloist in Elliott Carter's Oboe Concerto. Michael Daugherty's Sunset Strip and Michael Torke's Ecstatic Orange ballet complete this all-American sequence.
