As part of Radio 3's Free Thinking Festival of Ideas for the Future, New York artist Julianne Swartz introduces a specially commissioned version of her Affirmation sound installation in Liverpool.

The building comes alive with the sounds of disembodied voices, allowing the public space to become an arena for private moments.
