Live from London's Cadogan Hall, Christopher Cook presents mezzo-soprano Alice Coote, who revisits the poignant song cycle specially composed for her by Judith Weir, a series of fleeting conversations between humans and birds. This is set in the context of music by earlier generations of lyrical English song composers.
