Golden Brown - The Stranglers

The Stranglers ran into problems when it was alleged that Golden Brown was concerned with taking heroin. Fortunately, the lyrics were obscure enough to prevent a radio ban.

The Stranglers biggest hit reached the UK number 2 spot, resting just behind Bucks Fizz's The Land Of Make Believe.
