I remember seeing The Verve perform this at some festival or other. It was the most incredible live gig I've ever seen. My heart was in my mouth.

Glasgow I was only about 7 or 8 when Urban Hymns came out and this song reminds me so much of my childhood. Every time I listen to it, it brings a tear to my eye. A truly great song.
Woking I was only 5 when urban hymns was released , but i can remember all the wicked songs of it , i am now 13 and i have just really got into properlly its really amazing album and its not given enough credit , i also just bought the verve d.v.d its amazing. Jack Coffey

edward in kentish town when i first hear it it i thought who wrote this, because i am going to buy every single cd of that song, so noone can listen to it but me. i get selfish about things that i think are about me, and love. this reminds me of my childhood. happy and sad.
