Children In Need 2009

Children In Need is back and this year is set to be bigger than ever. From Sir Terry's ever popular Auction Of Things Money Can't Buy to the Music Marathon, Radio 2 will once again be going all out to raise as much money for charity... and we need your help!

Coming Soon...

16 - 19 News imageNovember: Terry Wogan's Auction Of Things Money Can't Buy
Once again, the Togmeister will be auctioning off unique experiences, and all for a very good cause. Last year Terry raised almost half a million pounds with his auction. This year, he's aiming for even more!

19 November: Chris's Auction
Mr Christopher Evans will also be returning to the auctioneer's role in 2009 to throw his weight behind the cause. You can expect a fantastic auction lot from the Drivetime Team, and watch out for the famous Ferraris!

20 November: Radio 2's Music Marathon
All day Friday, the whole of Radio 2 will be given over to fundraising as you, the mighty Radio 2 listener, pledges whatever you can afford to get a record on the air. When the time comes, simply tell us what you want to hear and make a pledge, and we'll try to get your track on the air.

Keep checking the Radio 2 website over the coming months as we'll be revealing more details about all Radio 2's Children In Need activities, and - of course - how you can get involved
