Bullying is rife in the military. I know because I as married to a soldier and heard daily stories of men getting verbal and physical abuse.There is no use in reporting it as everyone turns a blind eye.It has always been there and always will. Nothing will ever be done about it. I worry for the new recruits as they are the main targets.

I have been an officer in the Special Forces for 15 years. Bullying is never an option, it makes for rubbish soldiers. The problem is with the people that bully not the people that are victimised.

When I was in the Army I don't think I would have been happy to have two boys alongside me who would run away if someone shouted at them. Charge them and then throw them out
