    I live in Spain,if you cant speak the lingo then tough. I was robbed and told by police to go away and bring back an interpreter at your own cost, this also applies to doctors hospitals lawyers and shops etc. Unlike UK where valuable money is wasted by NHS, Police and councils paying for interpreters.

    Nobody seems to be understanding what this guy is saying - he is refusing to serve people who don't try to speak any English - he is not discriminating against people who have an accent or speak poor English as these people are at least attempting to speak English

    I have only come into this story half-way through but Yasmin in the studio is being unnecessarily rude to the gentleman. I think he had a valid point about his ability to provide a service if he doesn't understand them. She was mocking his pronounciation in a completely unacceptable way.kind regards,Mari
