This week Chris and Jonny took a trip to the countryside to learn how to correctly handle birds of prey.

With the guidance of expert Falconer Randal Carey at Countrywide Falconry, the duo were shown how to call in and cast off Jack and Quinn, two Harris Hawks they were paired up with for the day. Then for the final challenge they were tested on how well they'd picked up these new skills.
