The Love Where You Live campaign culminates on Bank Holiday Monday (25 May 2009) with The Radio 2 Great British Street Party.
From 1-4pm, Radio 2 is asking you to get together with your neighbours, perhaps for the first time, for a party or a BBQ.
You organise the get-together and tune in to Radio 2 for your soundtrack.

As part of the Great British Streetparty, Kate Thornton was presenting live from London's Leicester Square with performances from The Lightning Seeds, Mica Paris and Ben's Brother.
