Our Experts
Pete Lawton has been a careers advisor for 30 years working in schools and sixth form colleges. Pete has been involved with the Exam Results Helpline since it began and has recently written some information publications for young people.
Katie Collins has been working within the Customer Service Unit at UCAS for two years. During Clearing she’ll receive many calls from very happy applicants who have got into their chosen universities, and will also guide students through the Clearing process so that they can start on a course in September.
