Calvin and band performed his single 'Ready for the Weekend' and covered Kasabian 'Fire'.

He was down at Maida Vale with his band including the lovely Mary who provides all the vocals on 'Fire'. Calvin was playing the keys.

He revealed his top tip of how to open a banana properly.

They also talked about his Jam TV on Youtube where he films "celebrities" opening jam jar lids. Katy Perry is among them.

Calvin told Sara that he sent the music for 'Holiday' to The Saturdays originally but they didn't want to use it, however Dizzee had the vision and took it on.

He also revealed that he has 60% bran and 40% corn for breakfast everyday as it keeps him regular
