06:35 – Chris had trouble waking up this morning, but went for a big run yesterday as his training got back up to top speed. A musical phenomena is sweeping the nation and it’s called 'Barrowmania'. John Barrowman could be heading for top of the charts

07:05 – We tell Greg where he’s off to today. Him and his stripey French mime artist jumper are off to Colchester to work in a seafood van. It’ll be another day of smelling of fish
07:20 – Chris has just seen Greg and the team outside ready to set off for Colchester. We then plug our trip to Hull and Chris has got a little surprise up his sleeve, which could be appalling
