07:05 – Dave tries to show Chris how to correctly fold a shirt. It turns out Chris and Dave actually do it the same . We all then get onto a big chat about ironing and what we iron, and magic corners that we all had as a kid, where dirty clothes end up back in your wardrobe all clean and ironed

07:45 – We catch up with Angelo and his weight loss. He’s lost a pound this week
