06:55 – Chris fell off the wagon yesterday and had a lot of McDonalds. Dave, Dom and Carrie had a cheeseburger on the way out of the gig

07:20 – The Golden Hour is on its way at 9 this morning and Chris says it’s quite poppy today. We’ll also be talking to Jake Humphreys who’s in Germany ready for the Grand Prix on Sunday, and well also be talking to Edith who’s in Scotland and will be doing her show from T in the Park today
