06:35 – We talk about Chelsea’s unfortunate exit from Europe last night. Carrie not happy. We then change the subject and talk about the bras story in the news, where M&S are under fire for charging more for bigger sizes. Chris then concludes that he’s so busy he needs a PA, preferably with big boobs though, so he’s doing his bit

07:05 – Jaguar Skills has done us a fresh new mix that is very good and very random. Chris then talks about Galaxy Quest which is some space thing that only him and Aled are aware of
07:20 – Angelo is on the phone and he’s lost another 4 and a half pounds this last week. He should be well into the 19st mark next time we speak to him

09:45 – Cheggers' Pop Quiz with Gemma and Kaylee; Gemma wins the competition and will be back two weeks on Tuesday when we return from our hols
