We then change the subject and talk about the bras story in the news, where M&S are under fire for charging more for bigger sizes. Chris then concludes that he’s so busy he needs a PA, preferably with big boobs though, so he’s doing his bit
07:00 - News and Sport
07:05 – Jaguar Skills has done us a fresh new mix that is very good and very random. Chris then talks about Galaxy Quest which is some space thing that only him and Aled are aware of
07:20 – Angelo is on the phone and he’s lost another 4 and a half pounds this last week. He should be well into the 19st mark next time we speak to him
07:30 - News and Sport
07:35 – Dave gives Chris the mash up mix from Dakeyne
07:45 – The Apprentice clips from Dominic and we talk about last night’s episode
08:00 - News and Sport
08:10 – Dizzee Rascal is here
08:29 – Dizzee talks about breaking into the Smash Hits Poll Winners Party at the London arena with 30 of his mates

08:40 – Chris road tests some of his tracks for the soundclash on Sunday, and then announces to Dizzee that we’re on before him.

09:05 – We review how good Dizzee Rascal was.Top fella
09:25 – Chris does some freestyle rapping and then We do a bit of 'Nana Windows'

09:35 – Aled has an announcement for the team, concerning who he’s going to bring to the Big Weekend. There’s been a blunder with the quiz questions, so Chris and Dom are going to make them up
09:45 – Cheggers' Pop Quiz with Gemma and Kaylee; Gemma wins the competition and will be back two weeks on Tuesday when we return from our hols
10:00 – We talk to Jo about Dizzee Rascal, and our live set on Saturday
