06:35 – We talk about St George’s Day and other saints days in the calendar. We then discuss Hell’s Kitchen last night and Westwood’s appearance on there. He twitted about it as well, which is very funny.
07:00 - News and Sport
07:05 – Chris tells us the story of Joel thinking he’d fallen out with Chris over the lost phone incident. He didn’t realise that Chris wasn’t ignoring his texts. It’s just that the texts were going to the phone that was lost. We then talk about wrestling and what an odd sport it is.
07:20 – We all secretly love Ironik ‘Tiny Dancer’, and Joel’s up already and has texted a picture of himself in a dressing gown with one of those fold up wrestler chairs. We talk about Chris’ BMI, weight loss and running. No Angelo today because he didn’t go to his weigh in.
07:30 - News and Sport
07:40 – We talk about BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Swindon and how excited we all are. Chris has got his guitar application and is playing.
07:50 - Today is St George’s Day but no one really celebrates it. If Chris lived in Spain he’d erect a Spanish flag and take a siesta like the locals.
08:00 - News and Sport
08:05 – We talk more about the flying of flags and our new song entitled ‘Nannawindow’.
08:20 – We tell Chris about The Apprentice on BBC One from last night and play the clips of the ads and stuff. We then do some childish editing with the Alan Sugar stuff.

08:35 – More childish Alan Sugar edits. You want it, you got it.
08:45 – Chris needs to try and plan his set list for BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend. He’s thinking of employing the services of some top master mixers.
09:00 – Tedious Link – Black Crowes - ‘Remedy’
09:05 – Chris tells Dave that tomorrow he gets to pick the Golden Hour, because it’s his birthday.
09:20 – We talk about the health benefits of kebabs, and Chris has got a kebab flavoured Pot Noodle, wow. Aled then tells us about going to the premiere of Star Trek, and having a nervous moment meeting the cast.
09:30 - Carrie tries to read the sport headline with a mouthful of noodles.
