06:35 – We discuss the football last night, The Speaker programme which Sophie was watching and Gok’s Fashion Fix. Alesha is here later, and Chris has a guess who for Coxy when she's in. Dave also saw Rick Wakeman and Alan Davies on consecutive days on the streets of London
06:58 – Apparantly Scott interviewed Flo Rida yesterday and it was very funny in a car crash sort of way. We’ll try and get some clips for later
07:00 - News and Sport
07:05 – Aled’s in already and Chris thinks somebody must have hacked into his Twitter account last night, as he was posting comments about the football. Apparently it was the real Aled, and we try and get him to review either Porto v Man Utd game or Arsenal v Villareal tonight.
07:20 – We try and gauge what people are going to watch tonight. Will it be Hell's Kitchen, The Apprentice, or the football, or all of them?
07:30 - News and Sport
07:35 – We tell people the registration for Radio 1's Big Weekend in Swindon is coming, and we have a couple of clips of Scott with Flo Rida, Westwood and Chappers. It sounds brilliant, and hopefully we’ll have some more clips later
07:45 – Dave has got a present for one member of the team. It’s Chris, and it’s a very special track from Debbie McGee

08:10 – Alesha Dixon is here. We try and find out who she’s seeing. She won’t tell us, but maybe we’ll get it out of her later. We also talk about the mountain and what Alesha was like up there

08:35 – We talk about Alesha’s new album and the fact that she’ll do anything promotion-wise
08:45 – We chat to Alesha about her appearance in Swindon and the last time she performed for Radio 1 in Swansea in 2002. Chris then asks if she fancies him now, and who she’d choose between if she had to between him and Ronan and Ben Shepherd etc. Then we do the One Word Answers to our selection of questions

09:05 – Gok Wan and Chris’ guests for the telly show. Apparently Gok can’t come on the show, but Chris has secured the services of John Barrowman. Dom then presents a picture of the Austrian composer Schubert, which he thinks looks like Dave
09:20 – More about Dave looking like Schubert, and Chris wants him to dress up as the 18th century Austrian composer at the signing tent in Swindon
