06:35 – Chris tells us about his day yesterday, when he got refitted for his suit, worked on the new telly show and trained hard on his treadmill. He was however disappointed to learn this morning though that he’s put on half a stone. It’s probably a mistake, or the fact that he hadn’t been to the loo yet, maybe?

08:05 – We replay Dom’s 'No Hair' parody
08:20 – We play the Röyksopp record with the Russian brass band. We then work out whether out it sounds like Pingu or Thomas the Tank Engine. This then gets us onto Paul Daniels and Debbie McGee, who weirdly is the subject of Dave’s new secret parody, which he gives us a sneak peak of

08:35 – People have given other suggestions of better parody subjects for the Kings of Leon track
08:45 – Aled is here and we try and work out how sick he was yesterday, by listening to the message he left for Matt
09:00 – Tedious Link – Cast 'Walkaway'
09:05 – We play the K.I.G. Family record which is a divisive and polarising piece of art
09:10 – We’ve got Nick Frost and Gemma Arterton on the show on Friday, and Chris wants to go on a geeky tour of the Shaun of the Dead film locations with Nick and Gemma
09:20 – Two Word Tango with the team
09:30 - News and Sport
09:35 – One final round of Two Word Tango, but we try and make it complicated, and fail miserably
09:45 – Cheggers' Pop Quiz; Smuk wins and is back on Monday
10:00 – We try and play Two Word Tango with Jo Whiley, but it doesn’t go very well
