Thursday 12th March 2009

06:30 - News and Sport

06:35 – Chris got his Africa bag sent back yesterday and it’s absolutely filthy. He then tells us about his busy busy day today, which includes a visit to see Phil and Fearne and some other secret schnizz. We then talk about Aled's new found singledom, and try our best to find him someone who can provide shallow and meaningless love and attention
06:59 – Greg is here and we talk about producer Neil and his current love life
07:00 - News and Sport
07:05 – Chris and Dave text in now to demonstrate how easy it is to donate. Chris has got clips of the documentary tonight, to play us by way of a tease. We also wish Dave’s sister happy birthday, and talk about Sophie’s birthday organiser file thing and the pros and cons of Christmas cards
07:25 – Rachel is looking fantastic in the current edition of the BBC's in-house paper Ariel. Rachel then rings in and sounds very perky. Chris has got a new shirt for the telly this morning, which is nice although it might strobe
07:30 - News and Sport
07:45 – We ring back the winner of the Take That competition. Its Amanda Burton in Sussex and she’s very excited. We then discuss our favourite girls aloud songs, and Chris has learnt some of the dance moves off Cheryl. In addition, Aled wants tickets for the forthcoming tour
07:55 – We talk briefly about the Steve Angello record. Aled has gone to get the Cheryl and Kimberley jackets, which are today’s prize. They’re both filthy and Kimberley’s has got stones in the pockets
08:00 - News and Sport
08:05 – Chris received a personal Twitter post from Stephen Fry
08:20 – We do the Girls Aloud competition and explain the entry requirements to win the jackets from Cheryl and Kimberley
08:30 - News and Sport
08:35 – Chris tells everybody except Dom what he’s doing today. We try and give him random celebrity guesses. We also talk briefly about colonics. Chris had one years ago, but he wasn’t entirely pleased with the results
08:45 – We talk at length about colonic irrigation and get people to text in 'pipe yes' or 'pipe no' to let us know whether they’ve had it or not. We also talk about matey bubble bath and whether it changes colour or not
09:00 – Tedious Link – Stretch and Vern 'I’m Alive'
09:05 – Some more about colonic irrigation, and Rachel’s here looking very slim and fantastic. She should be careful of Matt 'Pinchem' Fincham and his wandering hands
09:20 – We notice that the Lady Sovereign record sounds a bit like the Cure track 'Close To Me'. Aled talks about staying over at Dave’s house last week, when they went to watch the football together. Chris thinks that would be like the Odd Couple
09:26 – We talk more about the colonic irrigation issue and playing the trumpet. Mally plays the trumpet but not like that.
09:30 - News and Sport

09:45 – Cheggers' Pop Quiz with Liam and Nicola; it’s a draw and they’re both back on Monday
10:00 – We talk to Jo Whiley about what Chris is doing today
