06:35 – We talk about our sensible night last night down the pub in the village. There was lots of sexy football to keep Aled happy. We talk briefly about our challenge yesterday, and about Soccer Saturday with the brilliant Jeff Stelling. We also talk about allowed lists and sleeping in the afternoon
06:50 – Random texts have started coming in yesterday, and we talk about Aled when he first saw the army showers yesterday
06:55 – A lot of the picture messages we’ve been getting in are from wrong uns with specialist hobbies. People are very odd

07:20 – Big push for the abseiling challenge today that will see Vernon in lycra, plus two good callers on talking about abseiling

07:55 – Another big push for Vernon’s challenge. Can we get enough funds to make him do the challenge in 20 minutes
