6:35 – Chris is in a bad mood this morning and Dave’s voice is knackered. We talk about Kelly Clarkson who was in Radio One yesterday, and briefly discuss Chris and Dom meeting Lewis Hamilton. Dom is twittering to see if he gets some international responses and Aled went to Paris yesterday afternoon and will have presents for us soon
6:55 - More about Twitter and Dom’s found a correspondent in South Korea
7.00 - News and Sport
7:05 – We do the weather in South Korea and run through the entire newsbeat jingle package. Apparently there’s a fake Matt Fincham on Twitter
7:20 – We give out the new Kilamanjaro total
7.30 - News and Sport
7:35 – Dom wants to do his big announcement, but we have to deliver some crushing news to him, in the form of an elaborate wind up.
7:45 – More emotional rollercoaster stuff for Dom. Even ‘Bono’ is on the phone to wind Dom up, and he falls for it again. Dave misses the Bono call as he’s outside getting some paper off the printer
8.00 - News and Sport
8:05 – We finally come clean and tell Dom he’s not only going to hang out with U2, but he will interview Bono as well
8:20 – Dom’s interview with Lewis Hamilton. He offers to donate 10k if Chris completes the mountain which is fantastic
8.30 - News and Sport
8:35 – F1 is returning to the BBC with Murray Walker and Martin Brundle who’s brilliant with his pit lane interviews
9:00 – Tedious Link – Foo Fighters - Monkey Wrench
9:05 – Chris gives us the audience figures for his appearance on the One Show. And then Aled tells us about his cultural afternoon in Paris, and gives us presents from the French capital
9:25 – Lots of people have been donating on Twitter and have put the red squares on their twitter pictures
9.30 - News and Sport
9:45 – Cheggers Pop Quiz with Samantha and Katie. Sam wins and is back tomorrow!
