6:35 – We discuss the fact that we’re all tired and then go through our various early morning routines. Chris talks about his experience on The One Show last night which was hilarious. Aled’s off to Paris today and Chris tells the story of when Sophie couldn’t get through the barriers to get on the Eurostar, and Chris had a barney with the woman at the gate.
7.00 - News and Sport
7:05 – Chris finishes off the story of him and Sophie going to Paris, and then we play a record
7:20 – We play the clips of Gordon asking for Fatty at the Oscars, and then replay the Whoopie Goldberg stuff. We also talk about Party Ben, and his excellent remix work

7:35 – We’ve got some more one show clips. We talk about Chris’s P.E. teacher who he doesn’t really remember, but who appeared on the One Show last night. We also talk about and promote U2’s forthcoming appearance on Radio One for Jo Whiley this coming Friday

8:20 – We give out the Comic Relief total, and Chris talks about his letters that he’s sent to his rich friends
8:25 -It’s all kicked off over the Penfold debate, and there will be apologies after the news.

8:35 – Dom apologises to Aled for questioning the Penfold answer and Carrie reluctantly says sorry. Aled then talks about his trip to Paris and talks about Barcelona which blew all his life savings
9:00 – Tedious Link – Fun Lovin' Criminals – Scooby Snacks
9:05 – We talk about the difference between straw and hay. Lewis Hamilton and his parents Christine and Neal Hamilton. We also talk Kelly Clarkson, and get very excited about her being in the live lounge with Jo today.
9:20 – Chris has a look at the comments on the One Show website from the people that didn’t like his appearance last night. There’s not a massive amount of love being shown online

9:45 – Cheggers Pop Quiz with Samantha and Chloe Heather Fudge. Sam wins and is back tomorrow!
