6:35 – We talk about Greg’s song which he’s done for Chris’ birthday, and the party on Saturday night. Chris runs through the presents from his fellow radio one DJs which were all better than Greg’s parody. We’ve got the audio of Seema Kotecha trying to get hold of Whoopie Goldberg, and talk about Christine Bleakley who’s on the show later
7.00 - News and Sport
7:05 – Chris runs through the bar bill from Saturday night. It’s an extensive list
7:20 – We give the new Comic Relief total which is fantastic. We plan to try and get the total over £200,000 before the end of the week. Chris talks about all his Comic Relief clothing and how it’s all fitting him. He’s got a sleeveless jacket, but isn’t sure what the point of it is

7:35 – Chris isn’t sure what he should tip the guys with who’ll be carrying all his clobber up the mountain. Should it be dollars, or something more personal. Christine from The One Show is here with nice hair, and we talk about Chris' appearance on the show tonight, and imagine what the show will be like
7:55 – Chart rundown with Chris and Dave and we play the Lily Allen parody, ‘off the beer’

8:05 – Dom is off to interview Simon Cowell, and we talk more about The One Show
8:15 – Christine from The One Show band one. We talk about Chris’ forthcoming appearance on the show tonight, and we discuss some of the random guest combinations they have on such as Hugh Grant and Tripe the Eagles and Giles Brandreth

8:40 – Rachel on the satellite phone from Kilimanjaro telling us about Africa
8:50 – Christine is going to prepare for Chris' arrival tonight, while Chris is ready to arrive right now
9:00 – Tedious Link – Radiohead – High and Dry
9:05 – Chris tries to prepare for his appearance tonight on The One Show, by doing role play on mundane discussion subjects with Dave
9:25 – Chris is apparently going to be on The One Show tonight, and we say goodbye to Christine Bleakley
