6.35 – Chris has been Twitting a lot and twitted on the move yesterday as he walked home. He also shows us some pictures he took along the way. We then ask people to email in if they’re listening abroad somewhere.
6.55 – We read out some emails from possible international listeners to call back

7.05 – We chat to Elizabeth who’s a proper Swedish lady live in Sweden on the phone. We then talk to April who’s in Kentucky job-seeking. We then ring April back though to ask her if she knows Colonel Sanders
7.25 – We grill Matt Fincham about his complicated love life

7.45 – We have a little Ronan singsong and try and get Matt Fincham to play Boyzone songs on the keyboard, even though he only seems to be able to play Wet Wet Wet

8.05 – More impressions of Ronan, who’ll be on shortly
8.15 – Ronan is in the studio. We talk about weight-loss and the training for Kilimanjaro, and the rest of the Boyzone lads

8.35 – Ronan interview part two; we talk some more about the Boyzone lads and any possible surgery
8.50 – Ronan thinks we should get our Lily Allen parody released, and then we play 'Ronan’s Key Tin' which is an amazing success
9.00 – Tedious Link – Chumbawumba 'Tubthumping'
9.05 – We discuss what a nice man Ronan is, and propose doing the show from Dublin so we can all go on the ale. We then try and find Matt Fincham to grill him some more about his complicated love life
