6.35 – Chris talks about his evening with the lads eating cheesecake and watching the Leeds game. We discover that the Asian Network have a very similar opening song to us. They’ve stolen our chords, and we want them back.
6.55 – We talk about the Virgin advert and Chris thinks the stewardesses never look like that in real life. Good luck with the upgrade, although Chris says you can’t upgrade from Upper
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – Chris can’t believe we didn’t watch the Leeds game last night, and asks us each what our evening involved. We talk about Come Dine With Me, and the fact that we’d love to go on it
7.20 – Chris has been sent a Kilimanjaro book from some fella that’s done it, and we mention the total so far and thank everybody for donating so generously
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – We take a call from some bloke offering sleeping advice for Chris on his mountain climb, even though he’s never actually done any mountain climbing
7.45 – We promote Carrie’s sausage video, and try and find it online. We then do Rob DJ's Monday Night Pub Quiz
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Quiz answers. Carrie does very well and gets them all right
8.20 – We talk about Twitter and who’s following who. Dave still doesn’t care or get it. He’s not interested in what anybody else is up to
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 – Chris has taken a photo of Dom’s shiny head and put it on Twitter. Thousands have seen it already
8.50 – More about the mountain climb, and Rachel’s new bodyshape that Chris didn’t even recognise in the gym yesterday
9.00 – Tedious Link – Roni Size 'Brown Paper Bag'
9:05 – Chris doesn’t like that track 'cos he’s a square, but he and Dave canvas opinion on the text as opposed to conducting a vote, and Dave wins. Chris and Rachel have got to have their yellow fever jab today which they should have had the other day.
9.10 – Carrie pops into plug her sausage video and explain the making of sausage and the use of leek
9.20 – Chris has found a picture in the Metro newspaper that looks like Dave and a monkey. He then takes a picture of Dave and a monkey and puts it on Twitter for everyone to look at

9.35 – Dave eventually sees the picture of Tarzan and a monkey which might look a little bit like him
9.45 – Cheggers Pop Quiz with Alistair and Alex; Alex is back tomorrow
