6.35 – Chris and Rachel tell us about their physio day yesterday, where some guy unlocked their butts. More about Twitter, and Rachel thought Dave had signed up, although it turns out to be an imposter, as Dave knows nothing about it. We then play our world exclusive first play of our new parody.
7.00 – Lots of love for the parody
7.00 - News and Spiort
7.05 – Chris reads out the worst text of the day and we then have a quick blast of One Word Weather with Nelson Mandela
7.20 – Chris has just seen Cheggers outside. We try and work out whether Philip Schofield is up yet as he’s not twittering. Then we work out that he doesn’t do Fridays as it’s Eamonn Holmes and his wife. We have some 'That’s My Hedge' t-shirts which are very cool.
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – We talk about the use of the word 'plum' in the sport and Kissy Sell Out has done as a mix which is very funny
7.45 – We do a big plug for the Kilimanjaro fund. The total is going very well but we want more. We talk about Chris’ weigh in, and him eating cereal in the bath. He doesn’t like raisins
7.55 – People are telling us about their crazy cereals, and Chris talks about his bmi and his falling weight. He’s still morbidly obese, but it’s getting better
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Dom gives us a detailed weather report for the whole of the UK.
8.20 – We read out lots of places that have snow and lots that don’t.
8.25 – Aled is here to tell us about his soundclash with Zane Lowe and we run through his set. Aled won it we reckon
8.30 - News and Sport
8.55 – We rate Gary Barlow from the other day, and then Chris decides which of the Saturdays he’d like on the show on Monday. Aled then reveals who the two are who have been booked
