6.35 – We talk about weather and our long journeys home. Chris felt sad walking past pubs full of happy people, and Dave took a photograph of a massive snow willy. Grimey and Lilly Allen were sledging on the local news, and then Chris reviews Dave on Fifth Gear.

7.05 – More about Dave’s brilliant acting on Fifth Gear last night
7.20 – Chris is filming at Pinewood later today, and he’ll tell us about it properly tomorrow. We love the Chase and Status record. Chris mentions the sad story about the climbers, and said our thoughts go out to the family

7.35 – We discuss Spurs buying back Robbie Keane and the rest of the transfer deadline day deals. Then we mention how tight Jamie’s Redknapp’s trousers were at the weekend. Dave’s just sent Jayne the picture of the snow willy, which Chris thinks is very romantic

8.05 – Quiz answers…very funny, the boys struggle with the last answer
8.20 – We talk about the Kilamanjaro climb, the total so far, and how much money it costs to buy a goat. We then do some goat-based jokes, to get us ready for the 8.30 news

8.35 – We talk about the American Football story in the news, and then Dom tries to explain American Football to Dave and Chris who don’t understand, or care
8.55 – We talk about Grimey and Lilly Allen sledging and people have drawn comparisons between American Football and mucky movies after the story at 8.30
9.00 – Tedious Link – Alanis Morrissette 'Hand in My Pocket'
9.05 – Quick chat about Alanis Morrissette and local radio that Chris and the team heard on the way to Snowdon on Friday
9.20 – Chris and Dave talk about doing mischief on your neighbours and reminisce about the phone game they use to play in their early days at radio. They demonstrate how it works during the sport with Carrie
