7.05 – Chris is in a bad mood 'cos he doesn’t want Paris Hilton in the news and he’s grumpy 'cos of all the injections he’s having today for Africa
7.20 – Greg is here to talk about his day out yesterday with Dom and Dave. It was a fun day of darts, pub golf and budgets although it all went wrong for Dave at the end of the night...find out how after the news

7.40 – Dom explains how Dave fell asleep in the cab on the way to the station, and then woke up in Aylesbury on the train. We then run Greg through his task for today, and what he can cook for the selection of Radio 1 DJs
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Chris is looking forward to having a beer at his birthday do and also reaching the summit of Kilimanjaro. Two big goals on the horizon
8.20 – Chris talks more about his fundraising for Kilimanjaro and how much money he wants to raise. Somebody wants a mug in return for 20 quid, but that’s not an option

8.35 – Dave has caused problems by suggesting mugs could be available. They’re not, of course, and people should just donate in return for gratitude and thanks
8.45 – Chris refreshes the story about Dave waking up in Aylesbury where he doesn’t live, and we plot tonight’s telly for everybody. There’s a programme about secret elephants which has got to be a TV highlight
9.00 – Tedious Link – Alien Ant Farm 'Movies'
9.05 – Aled is here with some made up story about Dave and Dom being embarrassing at the U2 thing last night. On the plus side though, Aled looks like Bert from Bert and Ernie. Chris also thinks Dave looks like Ernie, see the pictorial evidence here
9.20 – We have the rubber duckie song from Sesame Street and Dave knows the words weirdly. There are various other versions such as a techno one and a reggae one
9.30 - News and Sport
9.35 – We have a caller on who also knows the rubber duckie song like Dave. Proof that it’s not sad
9:45 – Cheggers Pop Quiz – with Rachel and Ben; Ben wins and is back tomorrow
10:00 – Sara does some impressions of the Muppets and Columbo
