6:35 – We talk about the amazing day in history as America swears in a new President, and today sees another first as Rob DJ and the Woodentops take on the Eggheads on BBC2
6:55 – We play our version of the new Beyonce record which Dave has had stuck in his head
7.00 - News and Sport
7:05 – Some people have noticed the noise of the squeaky windscreen wipers on the Beyonce record. It’ll ruin it now for everybody forever. We then run through who we think will win from the nomination lists for this year’s Brits. The names are once again a bit odd like they are every year
7:20 – Chris has been training like a Trojan but still hasn’t really lost much weight. His bodyfat has gone down though from 96-88 percent. Well done Chris.
7.30 - News and Sport
7:35 – We talk to Mark from the army about weightloss and the weight of muscle as opposed to fat. Chris then gives Dave a movie quiz question, which he knows, but will reveal in a cliffhanger style
7:50 – Dave demonstrates his movie knowledge, and then we talk some more about Rob DJs quiz team who you’ll see tonight, and then randomly pound shops and how much everything costs in there
8.00 - News and Sport
8:05 – Chris explains the open mike night in the Woodman, and tells some classic stories about MC Mick Cohen the 'compere without compare'
8:20 – Part one of Barackobingobama. It goes very well
8.30 - News and Sport
8:35 – The world are united in appreciation of Dave’s quiz and we take just two callers who agree that it was almost brilliant
8:45 – Part two of Barackobingobama. It doesn’t end quite as strong as it started.
8:50 – Chris gets everyone to text in if they liked the quiz, and thousands did and do
9:00 – Tedious Link – Groove Armada – At The River
9:05 – We talk movies as Chris is thinking of what to go and see tonight at the cinema. We go through the options and then Chris does a film review
9:20 – We rate the guests from the last week. Will Smith is the early leader.
9:25 – Chris apologises to those who think he may have mispronounced the word ranking earlier in his movie review

9:35 – We have some advice for what Chris should see at the cinema
9:45 – Cheggers Pop Quiz – with Matt and Caroline. Caroline wins and is back tomorrow
