6.35 - We have a long discussion about our training and body image and losing weight etc, and then Dom's got a migraine. Rubbish.
6.55 - Chris has got one arm bigger than the other, and Dom thinks he's definintely getting a migraine
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 - We take some callers, talking about Chris and his right arm being stronger than his left
7.20 - Dom's going home cos of his migraine. We get people to text in messages of support for our fallen colleague. Chris wanted Ros McKenzie to do it, but he's too busy.
7.25 - We meet Jonathan Blake who's covering for Dom who's gone home sick. It now looks like we're going to do a vote to see who can the most press ups. Jonathan reckons he can do twenty odd!
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 - We explain how people can vote to see who does the press ups. Find out who the lucky person is soon.
7.45 - We try and drive the voting up so that Aled and Rachel end up doing the press ups
7.55 - Chris and Dave try desperately to drive up the votes for Rachel and Aled so that they don't have to do the press ups. It's not looking good for Chris though who's got lots of support.
8.00 - News and Sport
8.10 - The votes are in and it's going to be Chris, Aled and Carrie. The challenge is next...
8.20 - The press up challenge with Aled, Chris and Carrie. Aled does 19 and Carrie and Chris do 25, although they're struggling to get off the floor now!

9.05 - We revisit Will's music, and then play 'Fire at Will'
9.25 - Some people are wondering why we couldn't fire a melon at Will head, but it wouldn't have been safe. Cheggers' Pop Quiz is still to come and we talk about Scott in LA with Hoff, which should be hilarious when he explains that today from 4pm
