6.30 - News and Sport
6.35 - Opening link. We're all back and refreshed. We talk weight loss and dog walkers, and run through our brand new show.
6.55 - Dave mentions the many people who have emailed in saying how much they're enjoying the live visual feed. Most of these people are obviously domestic UK based listeners
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 - We discuss Dom's new Volvo and whether or not he's been spotted in it in Cornwall. We also talk about parent and toddler parking advantages and Chris' friend Martin who laughed so much he fell over the other day
7.20 - We talk live via satellite to Andi Peters in LA, who last night worked on the red carpet at the Golden Globes. Dom then sings a little song about Andi, who is 'grrreat'
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 - Chris shows us his impressive bum tan line, from when he burnt himself on holiday
7.45 - Marnie from Runcorn rings in to talk about Chris' tan line on the webcam, and then Chris and Dave run down the chart from 10 to 1
7.50 - We talk about Dancing On Ice and the line up, and the fact that it's easier for girls than blokes on these sort of shows. Rachel and Carrie think this is sexist, but they're wrong
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 - Everybody agrees with Dave and Dom about the ice skating thing being easier for the girls, and prove that it's not sexist. It's just fact.
8.10 - Dave is the only member of the team not to have made an effort dress wise today. He's got a rip in his jeans, as he still can't find any short enough in the leg. Chris' jeans are like a cross between Verne Troyer and Tina Malone's, and Rachel looks like Jordan
8.20 - We talk about 'Lips' which Chris got for Christmas, and Dave's got as well. He wants to do a Karaoke evening with his smoke machine.
8.22 - Aled talks about being able to see Kilamanjaro on Google Earth, and Chris' training for the climb. We also talk ladies football and the fact that on the whole girls are no good at it
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 - Many many texts agreeing that girls are generally rubbish at football. We're right once again
8.55 - Tim from Southampton has climbed Kilamanjaro and rings in to give Chris some advice
9.00 - Tedious Link - Chad Jackson 'Hear The Drummer Get Wicked'
9.05 - We talk about Chris' upcoming party for his birthday, and Aled's pitiful text ahead of the do.
9.20 - Matt Fincham is here and still looks like Sue Perkins. Chris then does his new Trivial Pursuits game involving two different cards. He stole them from the pub, but will return them later!
9.30 - News and Sport
9.45 - The first ever edition of Cheggers Pop Quiz. How exciting!
10.00 - We have a nice little natter with Sara, who was doing the Conga at Chris's Christmas drinks
