6.35 – Carrie is in a mental mood this morning. We’re not so much worried about her, but more for her own safety
6.55 – Chris was out yesterday and ended up pulling his own pints, very badly. We talk about Carrie and Tom in the kitchen and the fact that he can be very anal when it comes to tins in the cupboard
7.00 - News and Sport
7.10 - Carrie is scary today. We need to stay out of her way, or she might hurt us
7.20 - Positive feedback in the form of an email of the day and then we talk about I’m A Celebrity from last night
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – Chris wants Dom to play the clip of the tourist in Phuket again, and then Frank Lampard rings into cheer Carrie up. Dave misses the whole thing 'cos he’s stuck in the toilet
7.50 – We talk about Frank Lampard ringing Carrie and then we talk about who the moodiest people are on the team
7.58 – We discuss Carrie and Rachel’s ding dongs, like the one they had in LA
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – We do some more winding-up of Carrie just for the heck of it. Think we might be sending her over the edge again
8.20 – Chris is a big fan of Katy Perry. Nice response to the Lorry Driver song again, we then we try and get Lorry drivers to beep the horn at the appropriate point, and then for people to text in if they’ve heard it
8.28 – We have a chat with Fraser the lorry driver and then try and get other lorry drivers to honk their horns at the appropriate point
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 – Chris tries to cheer Carrie up by saying he loves her, but it doesn’t work
8.45 – The Daily Sport have written a story about Chris upsetting the truckers of great Britain with his highly offensive song. Aled is here and we want ask truckers to support us against this unprovoked attack from the Daily Sport
9.00 – Tedious Link: Eels 'Novacaine For The Soul'
9.05 – Aled tries to cheer Carrie up with some sweets, but Dave eats them instead with the rest of the team. Chris tells Carrie to just get a grip and we speak to the lorry driver on the phone who says he's seen a truck with 'I married Pauline Quirke' written on the back
9.24 – We rate Louis Walsh from last Friday and then demand an apology from The Daily Sport for their unprovoked attack. We replay the song to prove that it’s not offensive. Aled likes the line about 'nachos' in the song which doesn’t exist. Tacho break not nacho break
9.30 - News and Sport
9.35 – Nacho Nacho man for Aled and we once again demand a press apology from the Sport
9.45 – Carpark Catchphrase with Ryan and Kim, Kim wins and knocks Ryan off
10.00 – We chat to Sara about the Lorry song
