6.30 - News and Sport
6.35 – We discuss Christmas presents and what we’re going to buy for everybody. Chris has a clever idea of taking a picture of potential presents on your phone when you’re out with your other half. We talk about Dom’s dogblanket shirt and scarf combo he’s sporting today, and then talk I’m a Celebrity. Chris’ training regime starts on Friday and he’s been chatting to Andi Peters about new recipes. He’s thinking of getting his white chocolate mousse recipe as his menu expands
6.55 – Sheffield Arena are banning Cliff Richard fans from queuing up outside for gig tickets. Chris’ mum went last night, but she didn’t queue up. She did ring Chris though during one of the shows. We talk about how great Cliff is and play some of his classic work
7.00 - News and Sport
7.20 – We take calls from people who think Cliff rocks. There’s Andy the warehouseman, Jemma who’s going to work in Teesside and Andy the trucker from Newcastle. The Cliff issue is more serious than we first thought with the young people in the UK
7.29 – Dom is a big hit with young people who regard him a kind of grandfather figure who smells of mints and biscuits

7.45 – We talk about plans to get the Ting Tings and Pete Tong involved in 'Ting Tong Merrily on High'. We also talk Jeremy Clarkson who's on next week and whether or not he’s a real grump at Christmas
7.55 – People are suggesting the Ting Tings do 'Shut Up and Let It Snow' for Christmas. We should do it
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – More funny Christmas suggestions for the Ting Tings. Genius
8.20 – Dave is an idiot because he can’t add up 3.5 mins plus 3.5 mins plus 1 min, as many people are. In contrast we do some positive feedback in the form of our email of the day from Alice, age 18, in Peterborough who loves everything about us and the show as a whole. We then go the phones to have a verbal hug from Denise from York who’s listening on the road this morning.
8.25 - Chris demonstrates how easy it is to fill in the form online to say how much you love us. Chris last night cooked for Gary Barlow in his celebrity kitchen, and we then think of Take That style puns to prove how easy it is to give us good feedback. 'It only takes a minute girl to fill it in', and 'Gary came back for pud'. Ha ha

8.50 – Aled is here and we talk about how if Dom had a kid at 18 they’d be 18 now. A bit like if Chris and Dave had a kid at the same age, they’d be 6 now
9.00 – Tedious Link – All Saints 'Never Ever'
9.05 – Tedious problems concerning the origins of Girls Aloud and the various different line-ups of Pop Idol, X Factor, etc.
9.25 – We talk about Coldplay and the new tour news

9.35 – Chris is confused as to the rules concerning callers and Carpark Catchphrase. Chris brings this up in a studio-style debate. We look forward today’s caller Kim very soon
9.45 – Carpark Catchphrase with Ryan and Kim; run out of time so both back tomorrow
10.00 – We chat to Sara about hugs
