6.35 – It’s proper cold today, and Chris hit every red light on the way in to work. He’s made his CD for Aled for their musical swapsies later. Chris tells us a nice story about the Royal Mail. Chris and Dave have also made a new parody which they’ll play in a bit. It’s called 'Lorry Driver' and it’s an early morning treat for truckers everywhere
6.50 – Nice response to Lorry Driver and Chris and Dave explain the lengthy process of making the parodies
6.58 – More back-refs for Lorry Driver and Chris reckons Nicola from I'm A Celebrity might have had a boob job. Chris has had a ring of death problem with his X Box...more on that later
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We talk about Nicola’s cold boobs. "There’s nowt worse than cold boobs" says Mel B. We then talk about Chris’ overheating XBox, and then The One Show which Carrie has seen for the first time
7.20 – Chris explains more about his XBox overheating problem and what the options are. Sean from Bridgnorth rings in to say the towel theory does work, but after the 5 XBoxes that Chris has gone through, he’d buy a PS3
7.27 – Chris runs through some of the musical highlights he’s put on his CD for Aled. He’s going to love it

7.35 – We talk about the dreadful result for Everton at Wigan last night, and the fact that Leeds are on ITV Sunday morning against Histon. What a treat
7.45 – Chris has just found out that we can’t do the Missing Word game as it contravenes something, possibly with editorial policy. We then use this as an opportunity to generate positive feedback to the BBC's Your Say site. We then play the missing word game with Dominic

8.20 – Aled is here and has got itchy bits. We deal sensitively with his problem in a Surgery-type fashion. We then play Lorry Driver again for our friends on the road
8.30 – Call now for Rob’s quiz, which certainly isn’t a competition

8.50 – Chris is planning to lose 2 stone by Kilamanjaro. The new regime starts on Friday straight after Thirsty Thursday

9.05 – Quiz answers and we argue over whether a shark is a fish or not. We’ve not sure
9.20 – Aled and Chris each play new songs of their choosing.
9.40 – We wrap up Chris and Aled’s song battle
9.52 – Carpark Catchphrase with Ryan and Carrie from the Chris Moyles show; Carrie wins but Ryan is still back tomorrow
