7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – Rachel thinks we should get behind Christine Bleakley on Strictly Come Dancing and Diana Vickers on X Factor
7.20 – We analyse the International Radio 1 trail with Mary Anne Hobbs going to Malawi, and talk about Chris’ cookalong experience cooking for Louis Walsh and Kelly Jones on Friday
7.28 – We talk more about Hole In The Wall and what a brilliant show it is. Scott definitely looked like he had something stuffed down his pants
7.30 - News and Sport
7.40 – Dave is confused by the lyrics to the Christian Falk and Robyn record. Is it 'pigs in sledges' or 'pigs in knickers'? Chris and Dave then run down the chart from 10 to 1
7.50 – We talk about the 'If I Were A Boy' record and then Chris and Dave talk about having a wee and then stopping half way through. Chris can do it but Dave thinks it’s impossible. He’s going to try it in a bit
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – We talk Ricky Hatton and then Dave reveals that he’s done it. He’s a had a wee and stopped half way through. We play Diana Vickers from Saturday, and Chris reveals that he spoke to Alexandra the other week. Dom has been out skate boarding and can do an olly
8.20 – Very random interview with Chris Martin and we announce three massive gigs next September. Radio 1 presents Coldplay in Manchester, Glasgow and London
8.30 - News and Sport
8.50 – We back reference Chris Martin and how weird he is
9.00 – Tedious Link – Jamiroquai 'Space Cowboy'
9.05 – Aled is here and we also welcome back Matt Fincham from Australia. We also talk about Aled on the Surgery and the fact that this week is a debating special
9.20 – Chris and Aled talk about albums and go through what they’ve heard and what they haven’t. Chris is going to make a CD for Aled, and he’ll do one for Chris. They’ll do musical swapsies
9.30 - News and Sport
9.35 – Chris has been playing COD5 and has got a lot further and we talk about Heroes and Fringe as well
9.50 – Carpark Catchphrase with Ryan and Lucy. Both back tomorrow
10.00 – We talk to Sara about dreams and cooking, and cooking dreams
