6.50 – Chris has just been accosted outside the building by 2 PR people with an ice cream tub full of dry ice. We discuss the obvious do's and don’t's of dry ice
7.00 - News and Sport
7.10 – We have special effects expert Will Kinder on the phone to tell us about the dangers of dry ice, and Aled confesses that he took the smoking package off the PR people, transferred it into a jiffy bag, and put it in the fridge upstairs, thus causing the risk of an explosion. Aled decides to go and dispose of it straight away
7.20 – We talk about Aled and his controlled disposal of the dry ice outside on the street as supervised by safety Billy from security
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – Aled is back having safely disposed of the dry ice
7.45 – We have a white van man on the phone for the missing word game. He cuts us off
8.00 - News and Sport
8.20 – Alesha Dixon is our special guest in the studio
