6.30 - Dave is still off sick. He sent Chris a text last night whilst he was watching the Bond movie. Chris then talks about Quantum of Solace and the fact that he didn’t quite get the plot. He advises listeners to watch Casino Royale first. The conversation then moves onto the US presidential election. Does the White House need to be deep cleaned before the Obama family move in?
7.00 - New and Sport
Aled is here & we sing the Aled is here song. He’s been up since 1am watching the US election. Chris gets a text from someone saying they heard a local radio station talking about the Kili climb. They named everyone except for Chris.
7:20 - Chris reads a text from someone saying that Dave isn’t really sick, he saw him at his local bowling place last night.
7.30 - News and Sport
7.45 More texts from people saying that they’ve seen Dave.
7.50 We play Red Hot Chili Peppers and Chris talks about playing the track on Rock Band with Aled. Chris has found a piano version of the cheesy song on Chrismoyles.net. For the first time ever we’re going to play the cheesy song at 8am.
8.00 - News and Sport (Carrie is keen to read about Chelsea losing last night)
8.05 - We play the cheesy song and then the piano version. It’s pretty unanimous everyone loves it! We wonder who the person is who is playing the piano. Maybe it’s Gary Barlow. Rachel is going to check the hands.
8.20 - Rachel reveals that we have a surprise guest to replace Dave at 8.30am. Chris is getting excited about the launch of COD5. He’s got some exclusive clips to play from the game.

8.30 - Aled brings in the mystery guest. Chris, Dom and Carrie guess very quickly that it’s Cheggers!
8.50 - Cheggers part 1. Someone has already changed Chegger’s Wikipedia entry to say ‘Chegwin is to return to radio, replacing Comedy Dave on the Chris Moyles show in 2009'. The conversation then moves onto the fact that Cheggers loves people and Chris doesn’t.
