6.30 - Dave is off sick again. Chris spoke to him last night and he sounded rubbish. We've had a text from someone saying how much they like the cheesy song. Coincidentally, we had a meeting yesterday about changing the cheesy song and jazzing up some of our music for 2009.
6.59 - Aled is here and we sing his song.
7.00 - News and Sport
7.20 - Chris watched 'I Am Legend' last night. He’s having a Burger and Bond night tonight. Rachel saw Quantum of Solace on Sunday and saw the advert for the Chris Moyles Show. It made her very proud. The conversation then moves on to Britannia High and ends on The One Show.
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 - We continue talking about the One Show and Chris wonders what it would be like to actually be a guest on the show.
7.45 - Richard Hammond has arrived in the building. Chris has just discovered that they have a shared love of footwear. Chris considers getting a pair of cowboy boots, which may signal the start of his mid-life crisis. We then play the live version of Mr Brightside from The Killers' Royal Albert Hall gig last night.
8.00 - News and Sport
8.07 - Richard Hammond is here. We play him his personal jingle and the conversation leads onto local radio and TV. Chris find outs about the early days of Richard, including his local radio work and his stint on Men & Motors. Richard acuses Chris of being a radio anorak.
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 - Chris ask quick fire questions from the listeners. Carrie has got a red fiesta with a walnut dashboard - she recently had to pay £500 to get it fixed. Richard says that’s more than the car is worth. Chris and Richard talk about his RS4. Richard isn’t sure about the bucket seats and is worried that Chris could get stuck in them.
8.45 - Rob DJ's Monday Night Pub Quiz, with Richard standing in for Dave

9.25 - Dave is on the phone from his sickbed. He’s feeling slightly better and is hoping to be in work tomorrow.
