6.30 - News and Sport
6.35 - The aircon is broken. It’s friday yay. Dom wasn’t in France yesterday, he was somewhere else. Aled is out about today. We talk about Joel talking to his cat and missing us all, and generally it’s a very busy show
6.52 – The man is here to fix the Aircon. Rachel’s dealing with tradesmen is always hilarious. Chris and Rachel are cooking again tonight and off to buy their ingredients again together from the mini mart. Plus Gordon Ramsay’s left a phone message full of effin and jeffin
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We talk about mince pies and what mince pie makers do for the rest of the year. Chris argues that turkey and other Christmas festivities are good all year round.
7.20 – We’re talking about the electric proms and HD channels. Chris likes to be a man and flick between HD and normal telly when his friends are round to prove how superior the picture is
7.25 – Rachel tells some boring story about seeing a band at Glastonbury. Dave got his car washed yesterday at a Polish hand wash and got mistaken for being the car wash boss. Dom’s boring story is that he put too much salt in his shepherd’s pie last night.
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – We showcase the skills of Brett Domino doing Aerosmith, and Carrie reckons Liv Tyler’s Mum is called Baby Bell or something. She’s wrong of course, but it does enable Rachel to tell her Caerphilly joke again
7.45 – Aled live from Andy The Greek’s hairdressers shop in Walsall. Very funny
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Noel Gallagher live on the phone from his hotel in Cardiff
