6.55 – Amazingly, some people are not sure who won Peter Kay’s Pop Factor
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We’ve got a message from Bad Lashes for Chris and then we run through the X Factor clips from the weekend. Dave needs to watch it again as he was a bit jarred after the football. Later we’ll be talking to Gary Barlow and Peter Kay
7.25 – We discuss our cooking triumphs from this week, as Chris rounded off the week by baking a chocolate cake. We really have come on leaps and bounds
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – Carrie is thinking of buying Rock Band for Tom for Christmas, but Chris isn’t sure it’s a good move We talk about Radiohead and the fact that even though they're boring and largely rubbish, they have some done some good songs, and we showcase a selection of our favourites. Which should we play though?
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Gary Barlow on the phone doing requests on his piano. Brilliant. We then play the single 10 minutes after the world exclusive
8.25 – Gary doing Back for Good with us singing. Brilliant.
8.30 - News and Sport
8.40 – Geraldine won the Pop Factor and we’ll be talking to her later
8.50 – Geraldine live on the phone from hospital
9.00 - Tedious Link: Jurassic 5 - 'Concrete Schoolyard'
9.10 – We talk to Matt Fincham about his radio history and play him some new Finchy and Steer jingles. We also talk about Aled being on a course and about us possibly starting some rumours about him while he’s away to drive him mad
9.30 - News and Sport
9.35 – We have an exclusive interview with Miley Cyrus on the phone. It’s frrrrrrrrrickin' awesome man
9.50 – Carpark Catchphrase with Nikki and Leanne. Both back tomorrow
10.00 – Sara has a chat to Miley Cyrus
