8.05 – Chris reads the shocking story of Nicola from Girls Aloud going out and getting drunk on her 23rd birthday. It’s a quiet news day, clearly. Chris also predicts that one day he might cop off with her
8.20 – Jamie Oliver is here. We discuss the show and Rotherham, and Jamie tells us a funny story about going to the football in Rotherham. Chris goes through the book and tries to alter Jamie’s recipes a bit

8.45 – Tonight we’re going to cook one of Jamie’s recipes. We talk about his different and successful restaurant chains, Asa the security man, and we promise to take a picture of our dishes and text them to him

9.10 – Chris runs through the ingredients for this Jamie Oliver dish we’re doing. Aled’s not entirely sure what a spring onion is. We then talk about Matt Fincham cooking for Sarah and his blossoming feelings for her. We also discuss the details of his salmon with a special topping
