6.35 – Chris didn’t sleep last night, but he’s wide awake and did loads of work at home in the middle of the night. We also talk about our night in Cardiff on Thursday night
6.55 – Rachel’s music quiz for the team
7.00 - News and Sport
7.05 – We run through the answers to the music quiz. Chris gets 10 out of 10. What a bloody great bloke
7.20 – We talk about and play clips from Hole in the wall from Saturday night. Very funny
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – Carrie talks about going for a bath with Major Tom, and we discuss how impractical it is to bath or shower with your other half
7.45 – Chris and Dave run through the chart from 10 to 1
7.50 – Rachel thinks the Kings of Leon album is the best of the year. We then talk about other
7.55 – Chris recently went for a curry and in the same restaurant were the Kooks. We discuss going for a curry with other famous people, and Aled tells us an amazing fact about the curry house we visited on Thursday in Cardiff. We then get onto people who’s name’s sound a bit like curry dishes. Very silly and very funny
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Chris has got a picture on his phone of some hot towels from an Indian restaurant in the shape of male genitalia. We then plug the electric proms with Noel Gallagher live on the phone. Very good
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 – We talk more about the curry names and plug the fact that Alan Carr will be here shortly
8.45 – Alan Carr part one. We talk about his book, the signing and innuendo and Chris reads extracts from it
9.00 - Tedious Link - Green Day 'Warning'
9.05 – Alan part two. We discuss the return of Celebrity Ding Dong and his website which has a lot of his upcoming dates missing, and we get him to do some live liners for us for birthdays and Christmas etc
9.25 – We talk about You Say where you can say nice things about us. Chris does an example of opinions you could give
9.30 - News and Sport
9.35 – We talk X Factor and play some clips from the weekend
9.45 – Carpark Catchphrase with Moocow Rob and Peter the van driver. Both are back tomorrow
