6.30 – News and Sport
6.35 - Big long link to recap pretty much everything that happened from our weekend trip to Newquay. Trains, meals, hotels, taxis and everything in between
7.00 - News and Sport
7.15 – Leeds United and their win at the weekend. Chris tells the story about how you can't listen to the commentary anywhere because they couldn't agree on a fee for the rights. We've got over the half a million mark on Facebook, and we run through some of the other celebrities further down the Facebook stats
7.30 - News and Sport
7.35 – We watch Tom Daly and the other Olympic divers doing the stuff. We do live commentary with sound effects
7.45 – Chris and Dave run down the chart from 10 to 1. There's a new number one from Katy Perry, 'I Kissed A Girl'
7.55 – We watch Tom Daly doing the diving. Chris reveals that he can't dive, and never could at school. He also reveals that he can't sit cross legged, and demonstrates on the floor
8.00 - News and Sport
8.05 – Various people have texted in to say that they can't sit cross-legged either. We watch the diving again, and do a full commentary. Then we do our Oasis announcement. Noel Gallagher will be here on Friday with the new single
8.20 – We talk some more about Newquay and Rob DJ and our fantastic meal at Fifteen. Carrie ordered 3 desserts and chatted to Jonah Lomu. We talk more about Carrie's impressive performance on stage
8.30 - News and Sport
8.35 – We talk about the Isaac Hayes film being Shaft, not 'Sharft' like it says in the news
8.35 – We revisit Carrie's performance as Camilla Ice again, and plug the video at Radio 1 online
8.40 – Made Up News
8.50 – Aled is here and we have the crowd reaction to Camilla Ice, which was great. Chris tells the story of the Zutons performance and him talking to who he thought was Dave, but it wasn't. Accidentally he managed to speak to the quietest guy in the band
9.00 – Tedious Link – SL2 'On A Ragga Tip'
9.05 – Tedious Problems and we talk Aled's birthday weekend at Bertie's and Sailors. He was out with the twins who don't drink. Various other people were out, but not Chris or the team who wouldn't have fancied it. Aled was dancing in Bertie's on Friday night, and ended up having someone write a rude word on his back with a pen and duct tape. He still doesn't know who it was. We talk birthday cake and then as if from nowhere Andi Peters arrives with a special cake for Aled
9.25 – Matt Fincham was asking for a an upgrade on the train on the way back, and was being embarrassing. If Andi Peters brings out a book, we want a percentage cut of it. The cake is very nice but we imagine that it would have been better if it was baked by Liz from Atominc Kitten. We play a quick game of 'buzz'
9.30 - News and Sport
9.35 – Everyone's eating Andi Peters cake which is going down very well
9.50 – Carpark Catchphrase with Brian from Glasgow and Euan in the desert. We run out of time talking to Euan in the desert, which means we need to get them both back tomorrow
